Reporting In

It has been one week today that I started my program.  I have lost 4 pounds this past week.  Weight does come off pretty easily for me when I first start.  I just need to keep up my determination and keep going. The week was pretty easy for me as far as cravings.  Everything was under control.  I went to a get together on Saturday night and had a few strawberries with some dip but that was it.

Now for week 2!
