Crispy Kale Chips

I have wanted to try this for two years and haven't.  It is wonderful and so easy.  I really like potato chips especially the kettle potato chips.  My husband does too and he is always bringing them home.
I bought some kale at the store yesterday and made these chips and they are so good, very crunchy which is important. :)

Wash the kale and dry it.  Then take the leaf from the stem.  Tear the leaves into bite size pieces.  Put  the pieces in a large bowl and drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the kale pieces and sprinkle with salt to taste.  Then toss well and make sure all the pieces have some oil on them.  Then arrange on a cookie sheet, single layer.  Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.  Store in a zip lock plastic bag.

Very nutritious and satisfying snack.
