I thought this was a beautiful garnish. With Easter coming, birthdays, showers or a special event wouldn't this be beautiful on your buffet table.
This is a sun-dried tomato cheesecake but you could do this on top any savory or sweet cheesecake or jello salad that had a creamy topping or I have a Sunday Lemon Pie recipe that has a whipped cream topping that this would look beautiful on. These garnishes are green onion stems, chives and mint leaves, edible pansies, nasturtiums, and marigolds. My pansies are revived from the winter and are looking beautiful. I can't wait to try this and wanted to share the idea with you.
