CDC is Finally Going to be Exposed

http://www.naturalnews.com/2017-01-25-the-cdc-is-an-edifice-of-fraud-warns-robert-f-kennedy-jr.html

I was so excited when I read this article, I was jumping up and down in the living room. The area of health is just one of the many atrocities that humanity has suffered.  Vaccines, flu shots, pneumonia shots, shots for shingles all of these are filled with concoctions that have nothing to do with helping you stay healthy or preventing any kind of disease. If you have never heard about this before, there are many sources of information on the internet.  I learned about this when our last child was in the middle of getting his vaccinations.  What is scary, is back when our children were getting their shots (I can't remember exactly) but they got a total of 9 or 10 shots and today its unbelievable how many shots they are giving little children.  The one I really couldn't believe was the hepatitis shot babies are given in the hospital when they are only a few days old.  You can say "no" to all of this!

You may not like President Trump but America needs a warrior to deliver the nation out of the hands of people who are self serving and wicked.

This is another article about Robert Kennedy Jr. exposing the concoctions that are in vaccines and the damage they are doing to children.

Addendum to Information You Might Be Interested In

In the blog, some medical information you might be interested in, I put down the wrong book by Louise Hay.  The first one I read, Heal Your Body, which was the one I was talking about in this blog.  Both books are really good but this one goes into more detail of how she went about healing her body and the mind body connection.

Shaved Broccoli Slaw

This is a wonderful slaw with a delicious dressing.  I made this last night for dinner and my husband and I both loved it.  I love salad and could eat it every night but I like to have a variety to choose from and this one will go on my list.

Before I tell you how to make it, I want to tell you about something I picked up from watching Martha Stewart.  I have been roasting a lot of vegetables and she had a great suggestion for potatoes.  I like to use the small red potatoes or fingerling potatoes you salt and pepper them and drizzle them with olive oil and she also used fresh thyme on hers and tossed them.  I also like them with salt, pepper and smoked paprika, olive oil and toss.  But this is the tip, put your cookie sheet in a hot oven and let it set while you are preparing your potatoes.  Then take out the very hot pan and lay the potatoes cut side down on the hot pan.  You will hear them sizzle.  Cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.  They have a crispy side as if they had been fried.  Just delicious!

3 broccoli stalks
3 medium carrots
1/4 green or Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
2 large button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, cut into thin rounds
1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

Yam Maple Vinaigrette

1/4 cup mashed yam
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 medium garlic clove, minced
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
pinch red chili flakes
1 tablespoon water

Trim a small slice off the base of each broccoli stalk, and trim off the woody skin on the outside of the stalk using a vegetable peeler.
Shave the tender inside of the broccoli stalk into long ribbons with a vegetable peeler and place in salad or serving bowl.
Peel the carrot into long ribbons in the same fashion and place with the shaved broccoli.  Add cabbage, mushrooms, onion and cilantro and toss to combine.

To prepare the vinaigrette, whisk together the yam puree, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl.
Add olive oil slowly, in a thin stream, whisking continually.  It's important to add the oil very slowly or the dressing will separate.
Add the oregano and red chili flakes, stir well.
If you like your dressing a little thinner, add the water and stir until incorporated.
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.

I used a sweet onion instead of red.  This time of the year they are very pungent.

A Darling Doll House

I thought this was so cute.  Plus, you have a lot more room to put in furniture or whatever you want to put in the space.  These types of shelves wouldn't be hard to find at a garage sale or I don't think it would be to hard to build.  Then on the wall above the shelves use trim or ribbon or rick rack trim to make your roof  and chimney .  If you look to the left you can see a cloud with raindrops or you could make a happy face sun.

This is a great interview with Stephen Segal.  It would be worth your time to listen (it's about 25 minutes long) to it in light of what is happening in our country and the fake news that we are given as well as wrong information regarding Russia.

Some Medical Information You Might Be Interested In

I was reading an article recently where they stated that in 1998, The Journal of the American Medical Association published a study finding that every year, more than two million Americans become ill and 106,000 die from the toxic effects of "correctly" prescribed pharmaceutical drugs.  This study only looked at pharmaceutical drugs "properly" prescribed by doctors and "properly" taken by patients.  This study was not suggesting that people stop taking the drugs prescribed by their doctors, but instead, that the medical system should have better checks and balances in place to protect patients.  That's the thing with pharmaceutical drugs taken for long term, chronic health conditions. This information was in 1998, I wonder what the statistics are now? Why did they start advertising drugs on T.V. and why are they telling all the side effects?  Who would want to take a chance at using them but people do because they need help, they are sick, and they don't know what else to do or if there are other alternatives.

That is the information I thought you might find interesting.  This is my opinion on the subject for whatever it's worth to you.  When I was in my late twenties and early thirties, for at least eight to ten years I had symptoms with my heart.  I went to the doctor many times and many tests were run and they could never find out what was wrong. At my last doctor visit, he told me he didn't know what was causing my problem.  At that time, I had started learning about negative emotions causing physical problems. I'm a little gun shy in even mentioning this because I've seen people get fitting mad over that statement.   I came to the conclusion, that had to be my problem.  Physically nothing could be found.  I did a lot of soul searching and righted every wrong I could think of and then I felt impressed to go to the library and check out books on the heart and nutrition.  That's how it all started for me.  That's when I learned that the food we eat can heal our body or kill us.

It's my belief that we are spirit, mind, and body and all three of these are involved in total health. I wanted to recommend some books that I have found very interesting.  It's hard to believe its been 20 years ago but this was the first man that I knew of  who applied this principle from a Christian perspective.  The book is called "A More Excellent Way" A Teaching on the Spiritual Roots of Disease by Henry Wright. Really a good book.  About 10 years ago I read a book by Dodie Osteen, called Healed of Cancer, she is Joel Osteen's mother.  It is a small paperback book, it is her testimony of what happened to her. It is an excellent story.  She was sent home with 2 weeks to live.  She had terminal liver cancer and the doctors could do nothing.  The last book I want to recommend is You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay and this is another story of a cancer diagnosis and how she went about healing her life.

It hurts me to see people dying of disease way before their time or even dying of disease.  I'm one of those people who believes you can die healthy and that there is not a disease that can't be healed.  I do understand that a lot of people are satisfied with their treatment and I honor that but if your not, I just wanted you to know there is another way.  There are lots of alternative treatments and people who can help you sort through your emotional issues to help bring healing and wholeness to your body.

Remember......Your life is a garden and you are the gardener.

The Perfect Winter's Day

The snow has been falling since I got up.  It is so pretty and peaceful!  I sat for some time this morning just watching it fall.  I was thankful that I didn't have to get out and go work in it.  We have a very nice mailman and I was thinking of him this morning and we have our trash pick up on Fridays.  Certainly, not enjoyable for them or maybe there are some great souls that can see and enjoy the beautiful while taking care of business.

We all think of nestling in by the fire place, having a great hot chocolate, reading a book or doing some knitting or embroidery.  That's me any way.  This is my grandson's first snow to be able to play in it and he loved it.  My daughter sent me some pictures.  I wish he had my sled!

The best cup of hot chocolate I have ever had was from a little coffee shop in Aspen.  Years ago, we had a basketball championship in Estes Park, Colorado.  We went up several days early for our children to ski.  They skied one day at Vail and one day at Aspen.  You always hear about these places and that's where the rich and famous go.  My evaluation was no to Vail but Aspen was beautiful.  Very quaint, more like a little village in Switzerland.  We went to this little coffee shop and I got a cup of hot chocolate.  After we came home, this was my attempt to recreate the recipe.  It's pretty close. I usually make 4-6 cups and keep it warm on the stove.  My ole bear loves this.
I'm guessing on the measurements.  I just put it in the pan and taste.  You can do the same, that may be too much sugar or not enough.

4 cups of milk
2 cups of half n half (if you really want rich you can use heavy cream)
1to 1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup Hersey's Coco
Put over medium heat and gently whisk until the sugar and coco have melted.  Stir occasionally until boiling. Pour into your favorite mug and top with a dollop of real whipped cream.

Have a cozy day~
