Starting week three. I have gained two pounds. I blew it on Saturday eating pizza and drinking a pop and then on Sunday we had this delicious chocolate cake. I'm just thankful I didn't gain the whole four pounds back.
I'm glad I'm blogging this because if I wasn't today I would probably say forget this but I'm back on track today and for the week. Have my menu planned and going full speed ahead. Oh, one other thing I was only able to swim one day last week. They had issues with the pool and it was closed all week. It is supposed to be open again today. So, back on track with that also.
